Brushing teeth is very essential activity that you should do it regularly. If you want to make your teeth healthy, you should, at least, brush your teeth twice a day after breakfast and before sleep. That is the usual term that you often heard from your dentist or television. Then, if you use tooth brush more often than that, it is better or worse? As we know that brush your teeth can clean the bacteria in your mouth and avoid from any mouth disease. Therefore, after you eat, you can brush your teeth again to make it hygiene.

Eventually, you can brush your teeth as many as you want based on your need but it is better for you to also use mouthwash and floss beside tooth brush to make your teeth completely clean.
