When brushing, you want to make sure that you are using the proper equipment. You want your brush’s bristles to be soft and comfortably fit your mouth. If you have pain in your hand or wrist that prevents you from brushing with a traditional toothbrush, give an electric brush a try.

Flossing helps remove plaque on and around your gum line and should be performed at least twice daily. When flossing, gently work the dental floss up and down between each tooth. Do not subjugate your gums to harsh flossing procedures; instead, use a gentle hand and waxed dental floss to help protect your gums.

Brush your teeth twice a week with baking soda. Use it just like you would toothpaste normally. Baking soda will help whiten your teeth over time. You can also use regular salt as a replacement. Just remember never to swallow either, otherwise your sodium levels might get higher than they should.

Are you dealing with tooth decay? You should go to your dentist and ask about dental sealant. Your dentist will be able to place a protective coating on your molars so the tooth decay does not go any further. As we know that brush your teeth can clean the bacteria in your mouth and avoid from any mouth disease. Therefore, after you eat, you can brush your teeth again to make it hygiene.
